Hong Kong’s chief information officer warned that as much as 40% of its youths were internet addicts and universities in America are beginning to offer counseling services against net addiction.
Other estimates, such as those made by the Computer Addiction Study Center at Harvard’s McLean Hospital, claim that around 5-10% of internet users also suffer from internet addiction.Forbes
